Insights are available on the Pro plan.

Open workspace insights

Open the dashboard

Go to the workspace dashboard.

Click Insights

Select Insights in the sidebar.

Filter the view

Choose a folder or time range if you want to narrow the report.

Guide table

The guide table helps you compare guides in one place. Click a guide to open guide-level insights, including step dropoff and play time. Use the folder filter when teams organize guides by product area, customer journey, department, or process.
