Use MP4 export only when a guide needs to live outside Guideless links and embeds, such as in an LMS, presentation, archive, or offline workflow.
MP4 export is available on the Pro plan.
Export a guide
Open Share
Open the guide and click Share.
Choose Download
Select the download or export option.
Choose quality
Use Draft for quick review, HD for most publishing, or 4K when you need the highest resolution.
Choose captions
Decide whether captions should be burned into the video.
Export and download
Click Export. When the file is ready, click Download.

Prefer links or embeds
Use a share link or embed when you can. With links and embeds, edits stay live and Insights keep tracking.
Use MP4 when the destination requires a static video file.
Re-export the MP4 after changing the guide. Downloaded files do not update automatically.
