SAML SSO is available on the Enterprise plan.
Single sign-on lets your team access Guideless using credentials managed by your company. Guideless supports SAML 2.0 using service provider-initiated SSO.

Set up SSO

There are two parts to the setup: creating a SAML application in your identity provider and sharing its details with Guideless.

1. Create a SAML application

Contact team@guideless.ai to begin. We will provide the information your IT team needs to configure SSO. Configure the application to send the user’s work email.

2. Share your SAML metadata

Send us one of the following:
  • Your SAML metadata XML file, preferred.
  • A metadata URL.
  • Or your issuer, SSO login URL, and public signing certificate.
After we receive the metadata, we will configure and test the connection and confirm when it is ready.

Sign in with SSO

Once SSO is active, users can open guideless.ai/auth/sso or select Sign in with SSO on the Guideless login page. Guideless does not support login started directly from an identity provider dashboard tile. If your identity provider displays a tile, configure it as a bookmark to:

Google Workspace

In Google Admin, create a custom SAML application under Apps → Web and mobile apps.
  1. Download the Google metadata XML.
  2. Enter the ACS URL and Entity ID supplied by Guideless.
  3. Use the user’s primary email as the Name ID.
  4. Assign the application to the appropriate users or groups.
  5. Send the metadata XML to Guideless.
