Use a share link when viewers should open a guide in the browser. Links are the best default for sharing because edits stay live and Insights keep tracking.
Links are the fastest way to send a guide to a customer, teammate, support thread, or launch note.

Open the guide

Select a guide from the dashboard.

Open Share

Click Share from the guide page, or click Done editing from the editor and then open Share.

Choose access

Choose Only you can view or Anyone with the link can view.

Copy link

Click Copy link and send the URL where viewers need it.

After you share

Existing links always open the latest version of the guide. If you edit the guide later, you do not need to send a new link. Viewers see the guide player. Guide owners also see actions for editing, sharing, and opening Insights.
