When to use Free

Free is best when you are trying Guideless, creating your first few guides, or proving the workflow with a small project. When your workspace reaches the Free guide limit, upgrade to keep creating guides.

When to use Pro

Use Pro when guides become part of customer onboarding, support, training, launch enablement, or internal documentation. Pro is also the right plan when your team needs unlimited guide creation, Insights, MP4 exports, or guides without the Guideless watermark.
