Open the guide

Open the shared guide page as the guide owner.

Click Insights

Use the Insights action in the owner controls.

Choose a range

Select the time range you want to review.
You can also open a guide from Workspace insights.

Step dropoff

The dropoff chart shows where viewers stop watching. Use it to decide what to improve first. If many viewers leave near the beginning, shorten the intro and get to the first action faster. If viewers leave in the middle, check the surrounding steps for unclear wording, missing context, or too much detail.

Improve the guide

  • If play rate is low, make the title, placement, or opening promise clearer.
  • If viewers leave early, remove setup detail and move the first useful action earlier.
  • If viewers leave mid-guide, split the workflow or simplify the surrounding steps.
  • If completion is strong, reuse the guide as a model for similar workflows.
