# Organize Workspace Content

> Keep your workspace structured by organizing guides into folders, managing content, and maintaining a clean documentation library.

## Create and manage folders

    Navigate to the workspace where you want to organize your guides.

  <Step title="Create folders for teams, projects, or processes.">
    Add folders to group guides by team, department, project, or process.

  <Step title="Move guides into folders">
    Drag and drop guides into folders to keep content organized.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Use the Unsorted section">
    Guides that haven't been assigned to a folder are automatically placed in **Unsorted** until they are organized.
